Bread real estate Sunbury and Gisborne were the worst real estate agents I've ever come across. We agreed to vacate a property early as landlord needed property back - brad teal made it absolute hell to leave. We moved into a short term rental they found, in order to accommodate the situation, when we left they tried to fleece us on the way out. Local cleaners said they had a bad reputation for making life difficult for clients when they move out - wish we'd known that earlier. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Brad Teal Gisborne was the worst real estate agents I've had to deal with! Wouldn't help get stuff fixed, completely greedy and bias towards the landlord, false damage reports to get money out of your bond! Not joking. They treat you real nice going in but moving out is a nightmare!
