Went to an open in Romsey on Saturday - I think we were judged as not being able to afford the place (Big Mistake) - The Agent (Owner of the Business I believe) complained loudly about another one of his clients to all.After we saw outside we tried to come back in to ask some questions and he had locked the house with him inside and would not let anyone in !!!!!Amazing behavior - I would be gobsmacked if I was the owner
Dealing with Kirrily for the sale of our house exceeded our expectations. From the first meeting Kirrily was helpful with our home styling and explaining the process of advertising and open for inspections. She is always friendly and helpful even when she wasnt technically working that day. She gave us complete confidence that she would look after us. We unfortunately chose Kennedy & Hunt to manage our brand new investment property in Gisborne. Andrew Luxmore appeared to be quite capable and reassured us that our interests would be looked after. Nothing could be farther from the truth. He had no empathy for the landlord so much so that we wondered who he was working for. Given our grievances we gave the director ample opportunity to address our concerns. He chose not to even respond when invited to do so. Had he done so, we would not be using online reviews to air our grievances. So to sum up Property Manager incompetent, Director arrogant. Do you want these people to manage your property if things go wrong????
