Our family has been a customer for 30 years to this veterinary clinic, Our little foxy was so ill she couldn't open her eyes, I called and spoke to Jane and asked to bring her in and asked to have a 7 day account as I'm a long time customer an I've been off work due to a 5cm lump in my right lung! Jane refused my request and said they had been burnt before! I have always paid my accounts on time, I asked Jane about animal welfare and she said she couldn't help us.For people who read this the Lort Smith saved our little foxy..
