The station is staffed full time on Weekdays and Unstaffed on Weekends, services inbound can get quite busy and there is high boarding loads for the, 6:29,7:07,7:29,7:41,8:12 & 8:41 services on Footy weekends the station experiences high boarding, there is 3 Myki machines on each platform, Platform 2 (Towards Bendigo, From Melbourne) experiences large queus to Touch-Off after alighting the train and you could be waiting for a few minutes. The station should be staffed on Weekends as it is a Growing town and more people are using Public-Transport. When they're there there is 2 members of staff, 1 lady and 1 man, the lady always offers good customer service and generally announces the next trains which is good. The man generally has good Customer Service skills however he rarely announces trains. The station is served by a bus service on Weekdays, which should be extended on Weekends, I give this station a Bad things:lack of staff on Weekends, No weekend buses, and sometimes parking can be sparse. I Good things: Good station staff.
