We are so incredibly grateful for the generous support of The Learning Sanctuary to our fundraising effort. There for Clare has been set up to raise funds for Clare Waites as she fights a rare and aggressive cancer and the team showed no hesitation in supporting the cause. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
Both my boys have attended the Vacation Care program and thoroughly enjoy every minute. While the eldest doesn't attend now as he is in High School, the youngest still attends. The excursions out of the Centre are extremely well organized and are amazing, as are the staff. The staff are very obliging and understanding of the children's needs. While at the Centre, the children are fed meals of a high standard of which they thoroughly enjoy. When it is time to go home they never want to leave as they are having so much fun with their new friends. The Centre has recently started a new program called 'Parent's Night Out'. The children attend the Centre from 7-9.30pm and enjoy watching movies, play, sleep or participate in a disco while the parents are able to enjoy some quiet quality time together and enjoy a nice meal without the children.
We have both our sons attending the Learning Sanctuary And the staff and facilities are the best I have seen. My eldest son, had been to two other centres prior to coming here and I have never seen him more settled and happy! The staff are very passionate about their jobs, respectful of parents and their individual needs and most importantly, love my kids like their own. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
We have had children at the centre of 5 years now, at the moment we have 3 kids there. Our children are all very happy and comfortable in each of their rooms. The attention to their needs, care and genuine connection educators/carers have with our children is exceptional and we have never found it difficult leaving our kids there for the day. The centre itself is great, with enormous, separated yards for each different room. The centre recently went through major ground works for the yard of each room, updating play facilities and aesthetics of the centre. As part of the care at the centre the children are provided excellent meals from the in-house chef, where any dietary requirements are catered for. Lastly the Learning Sanctuary are always looking for ways they can add value and convenience for parents. Two of the most beneficial of these have been the haircut service, where a hairdresser attends the centre, approximately every 6 weeks, and for a small fee will cut our children's hair. The second service is the attendance of a dental van, which is claimable on private health cover. Both of these are fantastic time savers for us. The last initiative they've started is a parents night out, the centre opens from around 7-9:30 for children to attend and watch movies/play/sleep while parent can have a bit of a night out. There are many other areas of the centre that are positive and although we have another childcare centre closer to us we have not considered it due to the level of satisfaction we've had at The Learning Sanctuary.
My son loves this place! He attends before and after school care and enjoys the play with his friends. Breakfast is provided and so is after school snacks, he has a big appetite and there is always plenty of food, hot and cold! He also enjoys the flying fox and soccer that he gets to play with. The staff are really friendly and clearly enjoy the children and their conversations!
