Terrible!! When they get a few cars through the drive through they are slow to greet customers and then they can't handle it.Then when you finally order your meal they tell everyone to park and wait for their meal. After 10 minutes you might get your meal, or they've given your meal to someone else, then you have to wait another 10 minutes for them to cook the meal that you've ordered. There are too many young kids working and not enough organization or supervision. Overall, customers should not have to wait 20 minutes for fast food.
This has to be the very best McDonald's restaurant in Victoria. The fries are fabulous, as are the Big Macs and the seniors coffee is the best I have tasted. Well done Gisborne, I'm sorry I live so far away and only visit on my way to Sutton Grange.
It was quick easy I got my food and nice and fast and I didn't have to wait to long
Good clean store with freshly cooked food. Staff are friendly and helpful. The chips were hot and NOT soggy like the Elizabeth street store. The burger was hot and cooked on the spot. The tables were clean and the bins empty. There is also a mc cafe with reasonably okay coffe.
Ordered 5 meals. All were brought out quite quickly. Tables had all been freshly wiped down and order was 100% accurate
